The recent U.S. field reorganization is reflected in December scoring. Due to the extensiveness of this reorg, historical data has been removed from Zone and Region trend graphs. There is currently one data point for December 2008 and trend graphs will build from there in subsequent months. Dealer trend graphs are not affected.
December 2008 is the tenth release of Saturn Certified PreOwned program reports. Therefore, Saturn's 12-month scores for December include only ten months of valid survey returns.
